No appointment, no paperwork, no fees for standard household electronics. Just bring it in.
When a device has no resale or repair value, it enters Frost Bryan’s certified recycling process. Our technicians disassemble each unit and sort it into recoverable materials: steel, copper, aluminum, glass, plastic, memory modules, CPUs, and circuit boards containing precious metals like gold and palladium. All sorted materials are sent to R2 Certified downstream processors who meet strict environmental, health, and safety standards. Frost Bryan follows a zero-landfill policy. Nothing we process ends up in a dump, and all hazardous components, including lithium batteries and mercury-containing displays, are handled according to EPA and state regulations.
Frost Bryan issues a Certificate of Recycling and Data Security for every batch of hardware processed, verifying responsible disposal and NIST 800-88 data sanitization. Businesses use this documentation for HIPAA, SOX, and state privacy law compliance.

Certain items that are costly to process responsibly, such as CRT monitors and older tube TVs, may carry a small handling fee to cover safe disposal of the leaded glass. Call ahead at (561) 200-2862 if you’re bringing in those items and we’ll quote the fee in advance.
Yes. Every device that stored data is wiped following NIST 800-88 guidelines before it is recycled or refurbished, at no extra charge. For hard drives that held sensitive personal or business information, free physical hard drive shredding is available, and you are welcome to watch the destruction happen in person at our West Palm Beach store.

Yes. Frost Bryan accepts flat-screen TVs, CRT tube TVs, and CRT monitors. Because older CRT displays contain leaded glass that requires specialized, costly handling to dispose of safely, these items may carry a small recycling fee. We process them in compliance with EPA and Florida environmental guidelines so the hazardous materials never reach a landfill. Call ahead for a fee quote before bringing in CRT devices.
Possibly. If a device still has resale value, you are better off selling it than recycling it for free. When you bring electronics in, our technicians will tell you on the spot whether an item is worth a cash offer through our buyback program. Working laptops, phones, and current-generation hardware often qualify. Anything without resale value is recycled responsibly under our zero-landfill policy at no charge.
