Yes. Every certified pre-owned product sold by Frost Bryan carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If anything goes wrong within 90 days of purchase, bring the device back to our West Palm Beach store and we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty covers hardware defects and component failures — not physical damage, liquid exposure, or software issues caused after purchase.

You receive a clean device with a fresh operating system install — nothing from the previous owner remains.

Walk in Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — no appointment needed, free parking on-site. You can pick up the device, test it, ask our technicians questions about it, and walk out with it the same day.
Yes. Frost Bryan offers a return window on certified pre-owned products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, bring the device back to our West Palm Beach store in its original condition within the return period for an exchange or store credit. Specific return terms are outlined on our return policy page. The 90-day warranty is separate from and in addition to the return policy — warranty claims are honored for the full 90 days regardless of the return window.
Yes. If you are buying a certified pre-owned device and have an old laptop, phone, tablet, or other electronics to get rid of, bring it in at the same time. Our team will assess your old device on the spot and offer you cash, which you can apply directly toward your purchase. Any device with storage is data-wiped before we resell or recycle it.
